Description: Dirty, smells smokey. Reset button stuck. Comes with power cord and two controllers, but no A/V cable. Powers on, solid green light, but unable to test further due to no A/V cable. Very few dings and scratches. My best guess is that it does work and just needs a little TLC. Sold as-is. Thank you!
